Handcrafted in Portugal

Each VIA I backpack is made by artisans in Portugal with over 20 years of experience in leather craftsmanship. Every panel is cut, assembled, stitched, and polished by hand - a process that cannot be rushed.

Italian Full-Grain Calf Leather

We use certified Italian full-grain calf leather, selected for its durability, softness, and natural character.

• Ages beautifully, developing a soft patina
• Resistant to scratches and everyday wear
• Holds its structure without becoming stiff

This is the highest-quality leather available - the same grade used by legacy luxury houses.

Painted Edges, Done by Hand

Each edge receives multiple layers of hand-painted finish.
This meticulous step prevents fraying, increases durability, and gives the bag its clean, sculptural lines.

Reinforced Stitching

All stress points are reinforced by hand. The stitching is designed not just to hold, but to last - maintaining the bag’s structure for decades, not seasons.

Brushed Gold Hardware

The zipper, padlock, and engraved collector plate are custom-made in brushed champagne gold-tone metal, chosen for longevity and quiet elegance.
They resist oxidation and maintain their color over time.

• Clean only with a soft, dry cloth
• Store inside the dust bag when not in use
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
