General Conditions of Via Essenza

These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions under which the store Via Essenza, legal entity with tax number 223511854, headquartered at Vila Nova de Gaia, in Porto (hereinafter “Essenza Studio”) shall operate.

The service provided by Via Essenza consists of offering and supplying a range of products and/or services that allow the user, who is given the status of client, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.

By using Via Essenza, you fully accept and agree to all parameters set forth in these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of accessing {store name}.

Via Essenza clearly presents the prices of each product and/or service, including VAT, applicable shipping costs for each order, and any other supplementary fees that may apply.

Information regarding products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns, and services may be updated or changed by Via Essenza at any time.

Intellectual Property

Via Essenza is a registered online store, and the service provided is the responsibility of Essenza Studio.

All content, domain, and information available on Via Essenza are the property of Essenza Studio or have been granted to it and are therefore protected by copyright and related rights. Any use, reproduction, copy, or disclosure of visual, audiovisual, or written content is subject to prior approval by Via Essenza.

The client agrees to fully respect the aforementioned conditions and rights and to refrain from any acts that may violate the law or the rights of others, including copyright, related rights, or other applicable legislation regarding the use of images, videos, or content without the express consent of Via Essenza.
Via Essenza shall not be held responsible for any improper use of such materials.

Once payment is completed, Via Essenza will perform a standard verification to ensure the order can be processed and shipped. The customer will receive an email confirming the payment and including the corresponding invoice.

Purchase Conditions at Via Essenza

Product Availability

All products and/or services available on Via Essenza can be purchased unless there is a stock shortage or limitation, or in the case of made-to-order products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice; in such cases, this will be clearly indicated on Via Essenza.

If a product becomes unavailable after a purchase has been completed, Via Essenza commits to contacting the customer via phone or email as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

Taxes and Duties

All prices shown on Via Essenza are in Euro and include the applicable VAT and taxes according to current legislation.

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order while it is still being processed. To do so, please notify Via Essenza} via email at: info.viaessenza@gmail.com.

If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, the delivery will proceed, and the customer may choose to refuse it upon arrival.
{store name} is not responsible for any delays in handling order cancellations.

Via Essenza reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistencies, fraud, or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond Via Essenza’s control.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of contract conclusion.
If the customer wishes to withdraw, they may do so by sending an email to info.viaessenza@gmail.com or by completing the contact form available on Via Essenza.

When exercising the right of withdrawal within the legal period, in addition to returning the main product, the customer must also return any complimentary items received with it.
Via Essenza shall refund the amount paid within 14 days after receiving the returned order, accompanied by the purchase invoice, payment proof, and return form.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the customer incurs no additional costs as a result of the refund.

All refund procedures will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Portuguese Law Decree No. 24/2014.

Customers may submit complaints regarding any issue, action, information, or service related to Via Essenza via email at info.viaessenza@gmail.com or through the Electronic Complaints Book available at: {link to electronic complaints book}.

Disclaimer

By creating and using an account at info.viaessenza@gmail.com, the customer is responsible for maintaining their account, keeping credentials confidential, and for all activity conducted under their account.
By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions.

info.viaessenza@gmail.com is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures, or any other issues that may prevent access to or the proper functioning of the online store.

{store name} is not liable for any damages, directly or indirectly related to the use or inability to use the products and/or services provided, nor for any delays or unforeseen issues in order delivery.
