Delivery Policy

Via Essenza offers several shipping options, which may or may not include a delivery fee, depending on the characteristics of each order - such as weight, total value, and destination region.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process (at the second step of the shopping cart), taking into account the following factors:

  • Destination region

  • Weight and/or total value of the order

  • Selected shipping method

  • Optional value-added services (if applicable)

 

 

Shipping

Each piece is handcrafted to order and ships from Portugal.
Shipping within the European Union is included in the price.

For international destinations, we offer express delivery with tracking and insurance:

  • United Kingdom, Switzerland & Norway - €25

  • USA, Canada & Middle East - €25

  • Asia, Australia & Rest of World - €25


All prices shown are subject to VAT at the legal rate in force.

All orders are shipped with DHL Express or an equivalent courier.
Delivery times vary between 3 – 7 business days, depending on destination.

Customs duties and import taxes (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the recipient.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Order Shipping Process

Orders are dispatched according to the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout, and only after payment has been validated.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number, allowing them to monitor the delivery status.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service selected and the destination region, as indicated in the method’s description at checkout.
